ღღ 滋潤糖水の西米大粒紅豆沙+芝麻湯圓 ღღ

西米大粒紅豆沙食譜 (2人) 

預備功夫
第一係要煲滾水.
第二係要將大粒紅豆用滾水浸約1hr, 洗淨後隔去水份.
第三係要將西米用滾水浸約1hr, 備用. 

糖水材料 :
西米………………………50g
大粒紅豆…………………170g
熱水………………………2L
冰糖………………………200g(甜度跟自己喜好) 

做法:
1. 將已隔水嘅大粒紅豆放入煲內.
2. 加入2L熱水後, 用中火煲滾後計20mins.
3. 加入已浸好嘅西米, 轉細火煲約10mins.
4. 將(3)放入炆燒煲內, 約2hrs後取出.  
5. 放回爐上細火, 加入芝麻湯圓&冰糖, 糖溶後試味. [完成]
