ღღ sweet sweet 甜豆漿 ღღ

甜豆漿食譜  (4人)
 
預備功夫
首先張黃豆洗乾淨後, 用水浸最少6個鐘或過夜 (水要浸過黃豆).
浸完後黃豆會發漲大至一倍左右, 用清水沖洗乾淨後瀝乾水份. [備用]

材料 :
黃豆………………………1 cup
水…………………………4L
糖…………………………200g (甜度跟自己喜好)

做法:
1. 將已發大嘅黃豆大約分5份.
2. 將紗布袋放入湯煲內.
3. 將黃豆+水(800ml), 放入攪拌機內, 攪爛後倒入 (2) *用紗布袋濾去豆渣*.
4. 重複(3) 直至黃豆用完.
5. 取走紗布袋, 瀝乾水份.
6. 用中火煲滾, 再用細火煲多10mins, 加糖, 糖溶後即成. (小心睇住, 好易滾瀉)
