ღღ 滋潤糖水の冰糖雪耳綠豆爽 ღღ

冰糖雪耳綠豆爽食譜 (2人) 

預備功夫
第一係要煲滾水.
第二係要將雪耳用水浸大, 約5-8mins, 洗淨及去掉黃心.
第三係要將開邊綠豆用滾水浸15mins, 發大1倍後隔去水份洗淨. 

糖水材料 :
雪耳………………………1朵
開邊綠豆…………………1/3碗
熱水………………………1.5L
冰糖………………………100g(甜度跟自己喜好) 

做法:
1. 將已浸好嘅雪耳剪成細朵/碎, 放入煲內.
2. 將已隔水嘅開邊綠豆放入煲內.
3. 加入1.5L熱水後, 用中火煲滾後轉細火煲約15mins至豆淋.
4. 將冰糖加入, 糖溶後試味. [完成]
